I always wish for peace of mind. That gives your sim a platinum aspiration level for the rest of their life.
Long life gives them an extra 3 days of being an elder
Attractive will have more random sims of the opposite gender walk by the house for 3 days
There may be a wealth one, which gives you money.
I say wealth because it actaully gives you something you can use!
